Walnuts sauce


Walnuts (3/4 of a milk cup)
Pine nut 50 gr
Garlic 1 clove
1 Dry bread roll,only the breadcrumb
Parmigiano reggiano or Grana Padano thin grated
Milk or cream (the ones usually used for cooking,not the sweet one for cakes)
Extra virgin oil


grate the walnuts and pine nuts thin
in a cup put milk and the dry bread crumb
squeeze the bread crumb
in a blender put walnuts, pine nuts,garlic, breadcrumb,Parmigiano Reggiano and Maggiorana
mix it all and finally add the cream and a few extra virgin oil..mix it all.

The sauce must be creamy and not fluid!
